Errol Lafleur is PRDT’s (Prima Research and Development (Thailand) Co., Ltd.) Managing Director. He has the Dutch and the Thai Nationality. Besides Dutch, English and German, he speaks Thai as well. He started to manage his own music production studio’s and developed himself as a successful producer/songwriter. Due to the sickness of his wife he started working as a Supervisor at KLM Royal Dutch Airlines for more then 10 years  and a Supervisor at China Airlines for more then 3 years. After his retirement 4 years ago, he moved from The Netherlands to Thailand and started to manage and do maintenance of Durian and Kratom Plantations. He gained lots of experience in managing, planning and maintenance of these plantations which he brings in to lead the Kratom project. Maintenance experience include activities like land profiling, irrigation and drainage.

Sunisa Boonlam, also known as Khun Phong, is PRDT’s Operations Director. Sunisa comes from a farmers family farming Kratom and Durian for over 50 years. Not only does she brings in more then 10 years of experience of Managing, as a Branch office Manager of Thailand’s biggest Optical Company, but Sunisa also brings in an extensive amount of experience in the world of agriculture. Not only in planting Durian, other fruits, vegetables but also in irrigating, managing, draining but especially in soil and seedling management. As our Operations Director, she is the pivot of our maintenance team, not only taking care of our plantations but also taking care of all our plantation staff.

Prapas Boonlam, also know as Khun Phaat, is not only PRDT’s Plantation Manager but also Sunisa’s older brother. What is better then having brother and sister coming from a 50 year experienced farmer family to manage our plantations together. Prapas’ expertise not only lies in planting and maintaining all kind of trees, Durian, other fruits and vegetables, but mostly in borehole systems and complex pipe systems. He is responsible for the complete maintenance of our plantations.

Chompu is the Minotaur Manager at using the latest IT technologies to measure, maintain and manage kratom plantations, ensuring optimal growth conditions and high-quality products (the word Minotaur is mythical creature, half-human, half-bull, originating from Greek mythology). She takes her role very seriously and evaluates the health of each tree from the measurements that are taken in the PM3 System, reporting to the Plantation Director on potential sicknesses and diseases that could impact the overall health of the plantation. Her meticulous attention to detail and her passion for the job helped ensure that every tree grows healthily, allowing PRDT to produce high-quality kratom products. Chompu's keen eye and dedication makes her a valuable asset to the plantation team.

Pranee's passion for developing people made her the ideal candidate for the role of Human Resources Manager at PRDT. With her sharp mind and solution-focused attitude, she didn't just support the HR team; she became an integral part of the PRDT family. As Executive Secretary, she delivered prompt and reliable assistance to her colleagues, which made her irreplaceable. Pranee's ability to keep everyone motivated and energized earned her the title of the sunshine in PRDT's office. She had a great heart, and her brilliant mind made work an enjoyable experience for everyone around her. Pranee was truly a gem who brought life to the office in more ways than one.

Agoes loves to create things, but he never thought of himself as an artist. Instead, he poured his creative energy into coding, becoming a master programmer. His expertise in Filemaker databases, browser app creation and and graphics design allows him to bring even the most complex projects to life. From developing websites to designing stunning graphics, Agoes' skills are unmatched. Despite the challenges he faced, he never gave up. With dedication and hard work, he has built a successful career that allows him to help others achieve their goals. For Agoes, the satisfaction of seeing his work come to life (he says) is worth all the hours spent behind the computer.

Nong Jem, also known as Weroj, is the supervisor for the day-to-day logistics of all the plantations under PRDT. He oversees the work of all plantation workers, scheduling, planning and related activities including accommodation and facilities management. With a strong background in agriculture, Nong Jem comes from a long line of farmers from Phetchaburi. He started honing his skills at the young age of six and started his career in the rice plantations. Over the years, he has sharpened his focus and now works exclusively on non-fruits and plants operations. His experience in managing workers, planning and prioritizing tasks, and problem-solving skills, make him an invaluable asset to PRDT. Nong Jem's dedication and focus ensure that PRDT plantations run smoothly and efficiently.

Mr. Pee Ood Anupong is a highly experienced consultant who advises PRDT on improving yields and growth rates with a specific focus on soil and seedling management. With over 35 years of experience growing different kinds of vegetables, fruits and herbal plants across Thailand, he is a valuable asset to PRDT. Pee Ood's area of expertise includes soil and seedling management, as well as grafting. As PRDT's Logistics Manager, Pee Ood is always available to provide advice on ad hoc requirements relating to the plantation. Thanks to his vast knowledge and experience, PRDT is able to maintain high yields and growth rates while implementing sustainable, eco-friendly farming practices.
